At Community Technology Services (CTS), our mission is to empower multi-tenant residential communities and the companies that manage them by providing tailored technology solutions. We aim to enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency through proactive IT support and the implementation of innovative systems.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2018, CTS was established to fill a significant gap in IT support services for residential communities. Property management teams often encounter technology challenges that traditional IT providers are not equipped to handle. CTS addresses this gap by specializing in solutions that seamlessly integrate with residential life, including access systems, surveillance, networks, and cloud tools.

For every customer satisfaction survey submitted, we donate to the Atlanta Humane Society, with a monthly minimum of $100. It’s our way of turning customer feedback into community good.
